Point System and Placement
The duration of a student’s placement at DAEP is 45 days. Student progress is reviewed at regular intervals and students may be eligible to exit the program early if exit criteria is met. If a student returns to DAEP for a second placement in the same year, the student is not eligible to exit early. A successful day is defined as exhibiting all behaviors as listed on the daily behavior level sheet and earning the required daily points.
