Dear DAEP Students and Families,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! I am honored to serve as Principal of the District Alternative Education Program, and I’m thrilled to begin this journey with you.

As a proud Spring Woods High School graduate and educator with 26 years of experience—18 within SBISD—this work is more than a profession; it’s a calling.

At DAEP, we believe in fresh starts, resilience, and the power of connection. I lead with collaboration because I know we are strongest when we build together—student by student, moment by moment.

This means every action we take is intentional and every moment is an opportunity to support student growth.
